NDNA President
The President of the North Dakota Nurses Association (NDNA) is elected by the membership to a two-year term of office and may serve up to three terms. The President is the official representative of the Association and serves as the Association's spokesperson. The President chairs the Annual Membership Meeting. NDNA Board of Director meetings and represents NDNA at the ANA House of Delegates and Constituent Assembly.

 

NDNA Executive Administrator
The Executive Administrator of the North Dakota Nurses Association is hired by the Board of Directors and delegated the authority to manage the Association according to the policies and positions established by the NDNA Membership and the NDNA Board of Directors. The Executive Administrator represents the Association and serves as its spokesperson on matters of established policies and positions and represents NDNA at Constituent Assembly. -More Information-

 

NDNA Board of Directors
The NDNA Board of Directors is invested with statutory authority to manage the affairs of the North Dakota Nurses Association. As elected representatives of the membership, the Board of Directors is the primary force behind the Association's realization of its opportunities for service to the nursing profession and fulfillment of its obligations to the membership.
